Excellent pre-sales customer service. I had emailed a question and within two hours I had received an answer . I then had another question regarding delivery times and left a message on their answering machine and again received a call back within the hour. I rang again on the Wednesday to check that the order had been processed and was told that it would be delivered either on the next day or the day after depending upon the carrier. So their ordering and stock systems seem efficient and they do what they say they are going to do.

General Comments
Bought a chair at 5.00pm Tuesday from Cheap Office Furniture and it was delivered by DHL on Thursday at 11.00am. Excellent packaging, all items were individually covered and well protected. The chair was £100 cheaper than an identical chair offered by another supplier mentioned on this review site. The chair was first class quality for the price range and I would recommend this company without hesitation based upon my current dealings with them. I was a bit concerned given earlier reviews but I took a chance and so far I have been extremely happy with both the service and the chair.
