General Comments
Just coming to the end of my second contract through Dialaphone and they've been really reliable with great communication. A summary sheet is sent with your phone detailing exactly which bill to send when to claim cashback. They then send a text to confirm the claim has been received and also update your account page on their website. I lost my redemption summary somewhere a couple of months ago so sent them an email just asking when I should send my next claim and they sent the whole summary to me again within a week.
