General Comments
If you need double glazing, a conservatory or indeed any improvements around your home employ a good local builder. I made the mistake of employing Everest or perhaps I suspect a team of subbies!!
The build standard was appalling and it took two different fitters 3 days to dismantle and rebuild the structure to a better standard. Even then it was riddled with basic poor workmanship errors. Five months into the guarantee and the locks on the French windows have seized; we cannot get out of the back of our house. Everest have offered me an ' appointment ' for 8 days after I have reported the fault.
Everest are overrated, understaffed and the customer service department is a joke.
