Purchased Oasis Tickets 8 months ago, ended up buying 30 tickets due to fault with their website, I need 6 for the Saturday gig, called to resolve and was assured that matter had been sorted.
Received tickets this week and 3 have been issued for the wrong date.
Called help line a total of 8 times now to try and resolve, cannot get to speak to anyone who can help me, I have had to buy 3 extra tickets for Saturday at a cost of £150 just so everyone can go!
We have all booked hotels and time off work and live over 100 miles from the gig.
I have had contact from see tickets customer service, a message was left on the wrong contact number telling me I could not have a refund or replacement tickets even though this is their error, they have in effect sold me faulty goods, they are not what I wanted or requested.
I have never received such terrible service from any company before.
Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with that makes a company stand out from others.
