General Comments

Decided to go with a reputable company for my travel insurance to the USA.so we chose the AA travel insurance and they ended up being a complete nightmare.
My father-in-law died 12 hours before we were to fly, quite suddenly,out of the blue.never had been ill.
no problem we thought claiming from our insurance.
how wrong we were.they made all excuses not to pay out, saying that we knew about my fathers condition.(which we did not at all!)they wanted medical report after medical report, and was going to cost us a small fortune to get them,until we finally gave up in the end.
Don't go with the AA , as if you do hit any problems they find any excuse not to pay out!!
