Bad Points

I have contacted bookable holidays via website and by telephone 4 times and all I get is the automated response "we are dealing with your enquiry".
It can take up to 45mins to speak to someone, and when you do speak to anyone they fail to deliver what was promised.
They never call you back, and I am now really concerned that I wont get my tickets.


General Comments

I paid for my holiday in full at the end of March 2009.
I am now 4 days prior to departing to our holiday destination and despite several promises that our tickets would be with us 5-10 days prior to departure they have not yet arrived.
I have contacted bookable holidays via website and by telephone 4 times and all I get is the automated response "we are dealing with your enquiry".
It can take up to 45mins to speak to someone, and when you do speak to anyone they fail to deliver what was promised.
They never call you back, and I am now really concerned that I wont get my tickets.
Going on holiday with this stress is pathetic.
