Good Points

None. Absolutely none.


Bad Points

~ Staff were sullen and unhelpful
~ They charge you more than they say they will
~ They charged us twice, then told us it would take ten days to get our £300 back


General Comments

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Thrifty Car Rental charged us an unexpected £260 on top of the rental charge, but didn't tell us this until we arrived at the place. They then "accidentally" charged us TWICE, then refused to give the money back immediately, saying it would take up to ten days to return to us.

Don't go near them, they will rip you off. They are incredibly unhelpful, the staff are rude, the van was sluggish and difficult to drive.
