    Good Points

    Great idea to give rewards for loyalty. Gives a bit more for money


    Bad Points

    Think that the time given to use the text reward or phonecalls could be for a bit longer as I don't always manage to use mine up


    General Comments

    O2 Surprises is a great idea to give rewards for loyalty. Good to get something back. I do top up quite a bit in the month so I do think the reward could last a day or two longer as I don't always manage to use mine up in that time. So it can mean that you miss out a bit.
