General Comments
great gun. there has to be no better air rifle for under £300. it is HIGHLY accurate, is powerful, is good looking, and, above everything else, is cheap!
the power of this is brilliant! i shot at a paint tin lid at 50 yards with it 20 times. every shot went straight through! i then did the same with 2mm of lead and the same happened.
there are three problems with this gun. one is that it is so easy to load the pellets the wrong way round. when this happens it sounds like you've just fired a desert eagle! secondly, it DOES NOT like promethus pellets. it leaves a huge amount of plastic in the barrel. after using 20 of these pellets i dry-fired it into a cushion and was amazed at the amount of plastic it left on the cushion. lastly if you do not use it for a while you tend suffer severe withdrawal symtoms!!!
overall i would recommend the gamo cf-x to anyone. it's great!!!!
