General Comments

quinn direct car insurance! i paid 3 months of my insurance, but decieded to cancel before my 3rd month started so i notifyed them and posted my insurance certificate to them . i thought everything was sorted out , but then 3 weeks later i had a letter saying i owed them a months money and late fee charges???? when i had cancelled??? i then rang them and they said they had no recolection of me ringing them or a letter. so they sent me another certificate out and i sent that away but they recieved it about 3 weeks later??? dunno how?? when i sent it straight away, and they tryed charging me another late fee. feels like i was going round in circles. the reason i stopped my insureance was coz i selt my car at the begining of the month so i obviously wasnt driving a car that i no longer had but they were still charging me?? i evn sent my dvla notification to let them no when i had selt my car but then again they said they never recieved it??? what goes on with the mail over ireland ?? so now i am being forced to pay over £100 for nothing!! they are thretening to take me 2 court , i am not going to pay it as i dont c y i should have to when its their fault. if anything they should be giving me a months payment back ! so i warn people 2 stay away from quinn direct!
