Good Points

Sorted with the minimum of fuss.


Bad Points

Having to get the bus on a freezing winter's day to get my belongings out of my car! Although the guy at the garage did give me a lift back to the nearest Metro station.


General Comments

Had a minor incident (my fault) but due to the low value of my car it was written off. Staff at direct line were very helpful from the moment I called to tell them about the accident to the resolution of my claim. Having worked in car insurance previously I had expected a nightmare but they were professional and efficient.
