Lack of communication throughout the company, no calls returned, constantly chasing them, on hold for hours at a time.


General Comments

Multicar policy good value for money, however when making a claim for stolen car four months later I'm still being given run around. Admiral Car Insurance waiting for correspondence from me that has already been sent numerous times in numerous formats.
