Good Points

flight was clean and left and arrived on time


Bad Points

at no time on line or at check in were we told that the flights no longer have any entertainment systems as they are using smaller planes. as we were travelling with 2 young children and hadn't taken on board any colouring books etc the journey seemed to take forever. the flight attendants had no childrens activity packs either.
if we had been told on check in we could have made better provision for the children.

also the food was very poor


General Comments

overall feel that standards on board with American Airlines are not very good. stewardesses were unhelpful. no flight syste. poor food.
