Good Points

My hair is extremely soft (that's why my rating is a 1), and the color was very shiny.


Bad Points

The color was not even close to what was displayed on the box, and the smell isn't so good either. I can still (after 3 days) smell the dye when I blow dry or curl my hair.


General Comments

I bought Clairol Natural Instincts Golden Honey (9G) color to attempt to delay my needing highlights again. Basically, root touchup. The color on the box was perfect for the highlight color I use, but my hair is now reddish-brown! Thankfully, it's only been 3 days, but the red is starting to fade out (already), and the brown I'm left with is more my natural color. My hair turned out soooo dark that I honestly thought that one of the other colors got packaged as the Golden Honey until I read reviews of this particular color.
