delays,trying to get extra money from people by abusing hand luggage size requirements
General Comments
BMI is undoubtedly the worst airline company I ever met. Two of the three times my girl-friend flied BMI, there was a 1-2 hours delay, last time today (WW 3114 Amsterdam-E.Midlands-Manchester instead of Amsterdam-Manchester), departure 19.30, delayed for more than one hour, one extra landing in E. Midlands (!). My girl-friend arrived 2 hours later than expected; and you even have the insolence to sell the drinks on board: I think you have to offer at least free drinks for people who, because of your awful service should spend several hours on plane and/or waiting. I will certainly recommend to everybody to NEVER EVER use your company!
