I am no longer a customer ;-)


Bad Points

Everything that matters: expensive, poor and slow platform and a customer service which is worse than anything else I have come to experience in this country.


General Comments

Like others, I have been with self trade for over 5 years (from Comdirect to Squaregain to now). Sadly, this once good broker has become a lame duck. By far one of the worst companies for customer service and the platform sucks. It's slow, it freezes and offers very limiteded functionality. To trump it all, they just raised prices by over 25%! I have now closed my account.

Avoid these clowns at all cost!!
