You should also keep in mind that it is not about finding a miracle cure in a bottle...its about preventing degenerative disease and maintaining optimal health. I am 24 and have recently started taking a pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplement (not mannatech) as well, and I have been very pleased. I recognize that I may not 'feel' a huge difference now, but I know I will be feeling it later when I am that older person you were referring to. You should re consider.
