WELL What can I say the Call centre is unable to take any order correctly. Customer Services never calls you back. Any vouchers you have they don't take off your order so your charged well over the amount you should pay. My answer is go to the shops give them your money at least you get to talk to them face to face. very very terrible service will never shop with them again.

    Agree with you, awful customer service on an 0870 number, QVC is a great channel with fab free customer service and ordering line.
