Good Points

Ease of use - just replenish salt every couple of months

Consequences of failure and fragility / unreliability


General Comments

Our Waterside MC250 failed last November (leak around inlet fixed by local plumber replacing tiny o-ring), then again big time about four weeks ago (appears to be failed water outlet), resulting in a flooded kitchen and cellar. Nightmare! Hence, seeking a different model to sit outside the kitchen window.
