Bensons for Beds is an absolutely awful company. The mattress I bought lost shape within 2 weeks and their customer service is terrible. Their policy is not to refund, even when goods are faulty and if you get difficult they ignore you. IF you get the name of someone in Customer Services you won't be put through. They don't bother to reply to letters and the store managers say they can't do anything without the area representative being there. DON'T GO THERE!!!

    Bensons bed of Trowbridge and there customer services are no help what so ever they take your money and thats it. We spent £700.00 on a sleep to live matress. It is the most uncomfortable matress we can not sleep on it. Bensons say there is nothing they can do. It dips in the middle causing rolling and one side is higher and is like sleeping on a platform. Do not go there, the biggest waste of money we have ever spent, and customer services are very rude and abrubt if you can get through to them. Needless to say getting a reply is like getting blood out of a stone.
