Asked for a rep from Anglian Home Improvements to come to give me a quote for a conservatory.Rep came promptly the next day. Found attitude odd and unprofessional, almost like trying to be a pal--most weird. Then proceeded to tell me what I wanted followed by a good 10 minutes telling me awful stories about the other firms and their ineptness and shoddy workmanship. When I then explained I didn't want to source my own company to do the underfloor heating(which I was told I did not need!!) as we wanted one company to do the whole thing she told me that she may as well go and so I told her to do just that.Not at all a nice meeting and one that will NEVER be repeated as I will never approach the company again re the conservatory or the replacement windows which we were also considering!
