Purple Parking is awful - I can't recommend more to never use a company than this! After leaving my boyfriend in the country in the country he was working in I returned back to the UK to pick up my car. Collection was fine from the airport. However, they had lost the car and did not know where it was located. After a long haul flight the last thing that I wanted was the hour and a half wait for them to locate my car. The customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced!
