Terrible customer service. They take on average 15-30mins to answer the phones. You get redirected to different departments constantly. Customer service representatives not trained properly in how to deal with customers!

They fail to email insurance details on time to motorcycle dealers, infact my motorcycle dealer never received it.

And finally posting of insurance was incredibly slow. Will never take up insurance with MCE Motorcycle Insurance again.
