I was referred to them by http://www.kitchenbuyersguide.com/ who seem to be a representative of Quotatis (http://www.quotatis.co.uk/). The woman called me to say she would put me in touch with 3 local suppliers.
I asked her how they choose them and she said they register with their site and if they get any complaints then they
get wiped off. So I though that was fine and agreed to her sending 3 suppliers round.

The call centre guy from Space Kitchens telephoned me almost straight away to arrange a visit. He was quite adament that both me and my wife be present. I just put it down to him being thorough and didnt think anything more of it.

The Sales woman came round at 6pm and went through everything quite well, although she was a bit
patronising (for example she asked me if I knew what "bespoke" meant, and she asked me if I could name any diy shops).
My wife came back from work at 7.30pm and the sales woman carried on with the presentation. Tt got to 8pm and i had to go
out (as my friend was off to New Zealand the next day) so I told my wife to take over and fill me in when i got back as I presumed she was nearly finished.

At 9.30pm i got a telephonme call from my wife and joked with her "shes not still there is she?" to which she replied "yes!".
I told her to get rid of her and my wife said "she is saying that we can get a special deal if we sign tonight". I told her to just get rid of her as we had several more people to see. Then at 10pm I get another call from my wife to say that the woman was still there! I asked her if she wanted me to come back home and ask her to leave and my wife said "yes please".
At that point the sales woman took the phone and started to try and sell me the "special deal". I thanked her for her time and asked her to leave as she had been there for 4 hours. She kept trying to sell me the kitchen so then I said "do you want me to come back to tell you to leave?" thinking that should be enough and she will say she is going. But she kept going on about the special deal etc. At which point i said "ok i'm coming back and i'm going to as you to leave". I got back to the flat as I was only round the corner and asked the woman to leave but she wouldnt go. She was on the phone to her manager doing the "let me see if i can talk him into you getting the special deal" bit, it was almost comical. I picked up all her stuff and put it on the landing but she still wouldnt go. She asked me why I wanted her to leave and I said it was because of her aggresive sales technique and the fact that she had been here for 4 hours (my wife had come home from work and hadnt had anything to eat). She said "I'm only doing my job" and "I've come all the way from Kingston". By the way Kingston is only about 3 miles away! In the end I had to stand behind her and gradullay move her towards the door whilst repeatedly saying "bye bye" until she was halfway out. She had her foot in the doorway so I couldnt close the door! I finally got her to leave and watched through the spyhole in the door as she sat around for ten minutes on the floor talking to her manager. What a nightmare! I dread to think how a pensioner or more vulnerable person would deal with them.
