Good Points

-long time in the sat nav industry
-competitive prives
-they seem excited about the technology
-quick delivery
-lots of positive reviews for research
-able to contact by phone if needed

-wife compains about the money / time I spend on gadgets


General Comments

I've used these guys quite a few times now. They've been around for a while from what I could pick up in my research before I used them the first time (around 3-4 years ago) . I started out in sat nav back in the days with a dodgy old pda system that was connected to a gps receiver via the irda port and more likely than not either sent me down the wrong route or couldn't pick up a gps signal. i can tell you my wife got sick of the hours i used to spend in the car trying to get it to work! anyway long story short i've always tended to get my gadget fix online from various stores - usually doing a quick google search to check out the company prior to buying. i first came across Easy Devices GPS Satnav store through the pocket gps forums which gave them some good reviews and have since used them on around 7-8 occassions. I've only ever had 1 issue with a tomtom unit which failed after about six months and it was replaced fairly promptly. other than that the couriers they use have been pretty good although they left once before i could get to the door however i managed to catch them down the street, i'm more than happy to recommend the service i have recieved and the friends i have sent their way are more than happy too.
