Good Points

Weirdly in these strange times we live in they gave me a massive limit around 4 times higher than any other card I have

Web site well designed


Bad Points

Confusing payment terms and completely intractable when discussing problems

Web site does not present the total amounts of money you need to pay this month clearly to avoid charges


General Comments

Largely the same as other comments here - missed payment date by 1 day due to being away on holiday (pay by internet transfer rather than direct debit) and had 0% pulled and £12 fee. This was compounded the following month by timing and misunderstnading the amount they wanted paying (arrears + that month + penalty) and therefore getting another penalty.

I shut down my Virgin credit card shortly after that (although they took some persuading). I was so annoyed I transferred the balance to a non zero percent offer immediately just to get shot of them. Really disappointed.
