Good Points

Very polite on the phone and generally answer very quick.


Bad Points

Phone calls are 0871
They are not even interested until 15 Working days have past from date of dispatch - this over three to four weeks.


General Comments

I ' m dealing with this as a lessoned learned!
I should have read the reviews above before placing my order with Print Cartridge Direct - £10 saved but a month now and still have not got the parts. Being computer parts they have probably come down in price now.
Most annoying they say they have been dispatched via Royal mail, but wont give me a tracking number? So have they?
Next I'll have to try cancelling my order! - I place a bet thats not easy either!

Would suggest you go else where!
