Good Points

Friendly/helpful staff. Korean food. Clean aircraft. Punctual.


Bad Points

Did not understand the entertainment instructions easily but that might be me, rather than them.


General Comments

Have traveled Asiana Airlines to Australia from Dalian via Seoul twice and I have found nothing to complain about. Though there was a 7 hour wait in Seoul we paid a fee to use Asian Business class lounge and the time passed pleasantly enough. The Korean food is good, western not so much. The staff were friendly and helpful. Refreshments eg water etc were always available. The loos were kept very clean throughout the flight. Of course it's cramped in economy but what airlline isn't. Would travel with them again. In fact ,have joined their frequent flyer programme
