There is some waste if you are doing this on your own - you have to buy fish etc and then only use a small portion of it. In fairness most things can be frozen but some cannot.
General Comments
Tesco Diet has nice, tasty quick recipes for evening meals, easy to order menu contents on-line and have it delivered at home, weekly weigh-ins, support from others on the same diet I have a full day - I'm up at 6am and out with two very active dogs for an hour and half, then back, ready for work and spend a day chasing deadlines, to eventually get home at 7pm. I wasn't sure that this diet would work for me - but it has, and I've found it easy to follow. The menu plans are very flexible and you have the opportunity to add 'favourites' and remove anything you don't like. Its very early days to me - I'm only on my second week - but believe me if I can follow it, then so can anyone!
