Its online 24/7 and the girls are lovely.

General Comments
I am on the Totals plan with tescodiets. This is great for me and I am cooking for my other half and two adult children as well. Most days I would have the same as them for our main evevning meal but my portions would be smaller. I did do unislim a few years ago but I only had one class a week and you had to stay behind if you wanted to chat to the leader. I can email them at anytime and they have a chat line too. I have lost 7lbs so far and only have a few more to go so will keep at it.
