Good Points

Customer service very polite when making reservations.


Bad Points

Customer service is bad and rude when cancelling a reservation. Atleast I experienced this twice in last 6 months.


General Comments

worst Reservation service I ever exerienced. These guys rip you off if you ever plan to cancel the ticket. They charge you $150 as cancellation fee for domestic travel. I have cancelled tickets before with other airlines like United, southwest, and Delta. for all these and may be other airlines I got full refund as voucher which I can use in an yr for the same airline. I am optimistic, but still there may be chances my trip gets cancelled for what ever reason. And so may be to any other.

So I would suggest not go to American Airlines unless u r getting very cheap deals comparatively and your chances of cancellation are negligible.
