Bad Points
Everything. Customer service. Time keeping. Un kept promises.
General Comments
It has taken six weeks just to open a simple Natwest business account and client account and it is still not complete as client account is still not open. Manager never gets back to us. Natwest makes promises and does not deliver. It's pathetic surely there has to another high street bank who can deliver better than this.
