always respond to e-mail correspondence within 48hrs
Bad Points
staff unknowledgable, give incorrect information, and are extremely unhelpful.
website errors occur and are blatently denied by all.
lure customers in with attractive prices and customer end up with something completely different at additional cost
beware - all holidays are 'on request' though unlike other companies who offer on request service, your deposit is non refundable and you may even be due to pay more than original deposit.
General Comments
booking been a complete farse from start to finish, wrong destination booked through a technical error on their wesite, On The Beach Holidays will accept no blame and i am over £200 out of pocket and am expected to travel on a holiday i have no desire for.
