Good Points

Spacious & quality feel to the interior. Quiet motorway driving. The individual shape.

Bad Points

Silly little glove compartment due to a fuse box in situ.

General Comments

The 308 1.6 petrol hatchback has put Peugeot back amongst the best family cars. The new styling at the front gives it an agressive look head on, with a streamlined side view with a softer more feminine look from the rear. The interior is several notches above the 307 giving it an upmarket feel & touch. Oodles of space for the driver & front passenger gives a bright airy feel, whilst the rear passenger area is fine for all but the really tall. There is plenty of power when needed with little road noise & wind noise is minimal on the motorway giving a very relaxing journey for long journies. The boot area is good but a higher than normal lip doesn't help with a heavy item. The deals on offer at main dealers makes this worth a look for anyone in the market for a new car.
