Good Points

No better than any other


Bad Points

Charge higher premiums as they target older customers.
Do not explain fully what they need or want.
Hang on to exess (if they confuse all their claimants and hang on to numerous excess monies imagine how much they rake in)


General Comments

My father had an accident in April 2009. He is a pensioner and insured through Saga.
The accident was not his fault and the other driver admited responsibility.
Saga are apparently unable to get in touch with the other drivers insurance company even though my father has had verbal and written communication with this other insurance company. Saga are with holding £250 exess from my fathers claim because of this.
