you can't be serious!!
Bad Points
rude, abusive staff.
they seem to have more 'trouble' delivering courier that any other company....
not someone i would ever like to deal with in future...
General Comments
Worst courier ever dealt with .....
it is as if they're doing you a favour by delivering the mail to you...
very rude, abusive staff at their call centre.....
Special Mail Services delivery guy claims that they cant get access to building... same building where another courier delivered to me the very day...
when tried to arrange alternate delivery, totally unhelpful, it has to be done at their terms & again claimed I wasn't 'available' when actually waiting for them in my house whole day...... it's a joke, this company
