Good Points

a very friendly driver that i actualy felt sorry for


Bad Points

the Diamond Parking company itself and its management and i am very suspicious of where our car was kept as our gps device recorded several different locations while we were away and a total milage clocked up of 47 miles


General Comments

ive used meet and greet services at gatwick before but never have i experienced such terrible service as they were not interested in admitting the damage that they caused to our car
