I have ordered a rental car with FASTCarhire for my next trip to Vienna.

I immediately paid the deposit.

FASTCahire SLA states that will send you a voucher within 3 days.

When FASTCarhire failed to supply the voucher within this time frame I contacted them via Email.

FASTCahire did not respond to this Email and also to another 4 messages I have sent them by Email/FASTCarhire website. FASTCahire do not have any telephone number.

As I received no voucher and no answers I had to preform new order with another vendor.
