ok, so the YES Loans Personal Loans company description states even ccj's are no problem. so my girlfriend who has no bad debts or marks against her name has made an application... they are happy to tell you that they have found you a provider for your loan and that all credit checks have gon through, then you pay your arrangement fee and when it has cleared you are told that unfortunately your application has fallen through at the last stages. then for getting your money back....... you have to write a letter to them (no e-mails) requesting cancelation of your application and that can you have the payment made to such n such account. then your tolf that refunds are made by cheque... i didnt pay by cheque i payed by card... and they will try and have the refund back to you within 30 days of recieval of request. (probably because they have so many other refunds to do) and then you have to wait for that cheque to clear so all in all no loan and your out of pocket for 2 months!
