Good Points

Fast and safe delivery (my smaller accessory was delivered via Royal Mail, with the larger more expensive item coming later that day by courier - very good indeed).

Good communication (despatch email etc.)

General Comments

A perfect service from Gameseek. I purchased a Playseat Evolution and an accessory on a Friday night, and I received both items to my place of work on the following Tuesday morning. Considering I ordered it at the start of the weekend I think this an excellent turn around time.

I was initially put off by the negative reviews of the trader on this and other websites, but having looked at the reviews of Play.com I see that they do not fare much better in their reviews. I have been ordering from Play for 8 years with no problems at all, so I was convinced the reviews of Gameseek were just people that had bad luck. I was proved right.

It just goes to show that most people will only post a review for a bad experience, so I thought I would submit my own to try and balance it out a little.
