Bad Points
looks like a jumble sale and have the same non return policy. outdated and not at all helpful when dealing with customers.
General Comments
They don't offer money back if you change your mind... something which is standard everywhere else and they also don't have any contact numbers for your to complain of query. If you happen to buy goods and return Sports Centre Direct, you don't get your money back. it makes you think twice about purchasing anything at all.
We were given incorrect information and informed that our credit note could be used online yet we are unable to do this also. This company is a joke!
