General Comments

Four months later after an accident that wasn't my fault as I was parked up, and I still haven't had a pay out or any idea what's going on. Diamond Car Insurance themselves are polite and try to be helpful even though they have no idea what they're doing. The worst part of this claim is the other companies dealing with the accident, the soliciter they gave me said I should move the uninsured hire car they took off me after 2 weeks but left with me for a month and a half, the medical team dealing with my injuries have been rude to myself and my osteopath just to mention a few issues. There is no way on this earth I would ever insure with them again but am not looking forward to trying to get proof of my no claims to take with me.
