Good Points

I've only been late on arrival twice out of many flights, and haven't missed a connecting flight yet (knock on wood).


Bad Points

Customer service is just sad sad sad. The help desk at the airport was just as bad when asking where to find my terminal they directed me to an elevator that wasn't even in service...


General Comments

US Airways service has really gone to pot since the airlines in general started charging for everything. The flight attendants are disgustingly rude and just dare you to say anything with their poor attitudes. Any question asked usually gets a mediocre response at best. If you need anything at all you better have your cash ready.
