Didn't have to top up every month, and always very helpful through the phone.
Bad Points
No problems at all.
General Comments
I have been with 02 and the same sim for 7 years now on pay as you go. They have constantly sent me deals which does not effect how much i top up.
I ended up topping up £15 every 3 months because i had so many deals at the same time which was covered by that £15.
Free texts and minutes, you've just got to apply!
