Good Points
The only good point about the service I can think of was the price that they sell the bikes at, but whats the use of this if they can't deliver.

Bad Points
They shouldn't say on their website that they have bikes in stock when they clearly don't!
Definitely wouldn't bother using them again - I'd rather pay a bit more to someone who can actually deliver as now my 5yr old daughter is really disappointed as we've been expecting the bike for the last week and were hoping to get it delivered in the half term holidays.

General Comments
I ordered a childs bike from Ash Cycles - after finding it at a reasonable price on their website which also showed that they had 4 in stock.

Nearly a week later I hadnt had an email to say it had been dispatched so I rang them. Eventually got a reply, spoke to a nice lady who told me that the bike I had ordered was likely to be delivered early the next week.

On checking my emails today - thats a week and a day later I find an email saying that they were about to dispatch the bike I ordered on Friday but it was damaged. They said that they had contacted Raleigh who say they have no more in stock so they have cancelled my order, not taken any money and they hope this hasn't caused any inconveniece!!!
