wouldnt buy again from dixons online!
Initially order and delivery was fine, problems started when the lg 42 inch tv appeared to be faulty. We was told that we had to have 3 repair visits before a replacement could be issued. As it turned out on the 3 occasions an engineer called it was a different fault and therefore a different part replaced..From my experience Ive spent litrally hours on the phone being passed from one dept to another each time. Their customer care is appalling! Finally on the fourth visit and calls to head office a replacement was santioned, however wait for it the change over would be in a further weeks time, leaving us with no t.v all over the bank holiday. Dont touch them!!
