lack of real understanding of what the customer wants and the inflexibilty of the on line application
General Comments
The only reason I took out the Abbey National Business Bank Account was the free banking. however although they are slow to put money into the account they are very good at taking it out in charges.
they have yet to be helpfull and the recent change in the automated system caused me problems. the new set up instructions were poor.
Having used othe ron l.ine banking systems abbey are way behind.
