Good Points

Very courteous and helpful staff. I also find a good businesslike and efficient attitude within the branches.


Bad Points

Having to use so many numbers such as a PIN and a seperate custumer number means that I need to keep a written record as I couldn't remember them. I appreciate that this is for enhanced security which gives me peace of mind so I tolerate it.


General Comments

I have always found Nationwide extremely helpful having been with them for years I can only speak as I find. As for internet banking, I've not had any problems. The card reader is a bit of a pain to use but I would rather have it than not as it seems a good security measure.
