Good Points

Ports of call... Nice rooms ... pretty ship


Bad Points

Celebrity Cruises have rude staff.. filthy bathrooms. Huge lack of service. It is obvious that Celbrity does not train the staff to be caring. We were shocked at how rude the guests were treated when asked for simple things like ice or juice. The upper management obviously could care less about customer service and actually told us they hear complaints on every cruise and people threaten to never use Celbrity again and they always see them return. The upper management obviously could care less if people leave celebrity .I think the President would be shocked by his " upper management " feelings. I'd love to see Celebrity big shots go under cover on the constellation and see how poorly the service is.
The shows were boring and most had poor showings. The singers were pathetic. The dancers were better but the shows were very bad.
They overcharge for laundry. $1.00 for each pair of underwear. Expect to over pay for drinks. 2 martinis were just under $25 once they add the tip. The drinks are small and watered down. Coffee is PATHETIC ... almost undrinkable.
We were shocked at how low the level of service has fallen ... It's obvious they are cuting corners bad.


General Comments

Just got back from a Baltic sea cruise on Constellation. We loved the ports but were disappointed in Celebrity and unless the price is dirt cheap we will never cruise them again.
