Good Points

The only thing they are good at is saying "sorry". Beyond that they have not got a clue.

Too numerous to mention.


General Comments

I ordered a Keter resin garden shed from Homebase at end March 09. The delivery took place over a month later. They had delivered one box from one sized shed and a box from another sized shed. They prmised me a new shed sometime after 17th May. It is now 1st June and still no shed. I have cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I had to argue to get the deivery charge refunded as "they don't normally refund the delivery charge" WHAT A SHOWER OF INCOMPETENTS.

I will never deal with Homebase on Line again. Be warned!
